Returns Policy Standard Items

We operate the following returns policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE* This policy does not cover tailor made/personalised items.

Return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase however you must alert us within 7 days of the purchase

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Before you return an item, please call us or use our contact form to advise us that you are returning an item, and the reason why you are returning it. We can then provide you with return address details.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulted.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Returns Policy Tailor Made/Personalised items

When you order a Personalised Item from our website that has been engraved or personalised in any way then unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless the product is faulted or has not been created to your specification.

It is possible to cancel your order at any point up until your personalised item has been created. If you do change your mind and decide to cancel then please contact us as quickly as you can via our telephone or contact form.

You may change your mind and notify us that you wish to cancel your order for your Personalised Item at any time before you receive our email that confirms despatch of your order for Personalised Items.

If you are unhappy with any item created for any reason then you should contact us as soon as possible. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer a replacement or a full or partial refund.
